Our check in was immediate (along with the check out) and the hotel staff were extremely friendly. More Show lessįrom the moment we stepped into this hotel we realized that it was something special. I recommend visiting the Golden Nugget Rush Tower for ideas. Rather than giving us comps remodel the rooms. No amount of free comps, will fix this (we don't need the comps).
As a result of our last stay with the noisy in room air conditioner, 19' TV, and the 1970 vanity Boyd properties has fallen to a third or fourth choice. I realize Boyd Gaming have other the projects its working to complete (Star Dust). The loyalty of your Hawaiian customers deserve some place nice. The sad fact is, it wouldn't cost that much per room to serious change disappointment with satisfaction, my wife and I have put enough money in your machines to cover the cost of several rooms (per visit). But lately the quality of the room is really starting to disappoint (19' CRT television and the vanity area, REALLY!). If we stay downtown we stay at the Main Street. Let me start by saying we travel to Las Vegas at least 3 times a year and we at various property on and off the strip.
The hotel is in desperate need of remodeling.
